Saffron & Co. exists to restore that original power to dining. Not the theatre of spectacle, but the quiet profundity of a meal that was made for you, by someone who cared deeply about every element of your experience.

The Founder
A Table Set for Something More
Sophia Laurent spent her twenties eating her way across three continents. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and later at the Culinary Institute of America, she worked in Michelin-starred kitchens in Lyon, Copenhagen, and New York before returning to London with a singular mission.
"I kept asking myself: why is the most important part of any celebration — the food — so often the least considered? I wanted to change that."
In 2019, she founded Saffron & Co. from a rented kitchen in Mayfair with a guest list of twelve and a vision to match. The first supper club sold out in four hours. By 2021, the waiting list had reached three hundred names.
Today, Sophia leads a team of twenty-six — chefs, sommeliers, food stylists, and event architects — each sharing her conviction that no detail is too small and no experience too ambitious.
